Plan and calculate the heated floor area and how to lay the mat evenly across the floor, avoiding all floor obstructions
2. Roll out mat
Place the cold tail of the mat at the connection point. Measure the resistance of the mat and then start rolling the AmberMat out.
3. Cut and turn
Cut and turn the mat to fit to the shape of the room, ensuring not to damage the yellow cable. Once laid, measure the resistance value of the mat again, making a note of the values on the proof of warranty.
4. Tile over
Apply flexible tile adhesive or self levelling/latex compound to completely cover the AmberMat before applying the tiles.
